Hello New York

Where have all the flowers gone?  Yesterday in Paris I saw a magnolia tree that was just starting to bloom, and today in New York there are dark mounds of snow hugging the curbs and snow predicted for the weekend.  I guess it's going to be a while before mimosa makes it to the markets here.

Quite the change, I´m sure. I´ve never been to NY, or Paris for that matter, but I´m guessing there´s more of a grayness factor going on in NY, and yep, snow doesn´t help.
Here in Buenos Aires we are at the other end of the spectrum, it´s 34°C today, so stepping foot on the street could mean instant combustion haha
