In the far distant future, when I eventually make it to Paris, I think I will spend the first week eating at Pierre Herme's!

Bonne Annee, Dorie! That cake looks amazing. I am the lucky recepient of "Desserts by Pierre Herme" for Christmas, which not only means that I now have almost every cookbook you've written (!), it means I have a whole new world of recipes to explore. I think I'll quit my job and just bake for the rest of my life....
